It was a wonderful day filled with lots of love, giggles, & extra hugs for all.

Summer Fun - June

We spent Memorial Day Weekend down in SD & had a lot of fun.

Austin got to go fishing for the 1st time & he was quite good as he caught 5 fish in less than an hour. He wasn't up to touching them that time, but was quite interested in the worms!

He also got to feed the horses with Grandma.

Adele got to play with a new toy, she loved it so much we brought it home.

We took the kids to the Corn Palace (Mom's request) & checked out some of the 'regulars'. Looks like this guy got some gold in his lap.

As Austin would say "Me like corn!"

Cousin Owen came to visit the following weekend. The boys had fun playing together that morning.

Later Erik set up the slip & slide for Austin to play with. He really enjoyed it...more walking on it though.

Adele's first swimming pool experience, she loves to splash in the water.

Austin had a special day with Mom & we went to the MOA. We rode on lots of rides & went to 'SEA LIFE'. He really enjoyed it.

He really liked looking at the sting rays swim by.

We had a BIG change. Austin said goodbye to the crib & hello to the toddler bed. He loves his new bed. He know has a 'McQueen' railing up & thinks that is soooo cool! He loves all his stuffed animals on his bed too.

Nothing but Love

We've been soaking in the sibiling love these 2 have for each other!

Cowboy Austin is a big boy now. He doesn't wear any diapers except for nap & bedtime. He loves his choo-choo & elmo underwear...so much he gets mad when he has to wear a diaper for bed. The amount of laundry has been dwindling, however school is trying to push him to ever 2 hours & that was not a good day. He does best with 30 mins-1 hour! We were so proud of him for #2 in the potty...he gets a whole cookie when he does.

Cannot believe she is 7 months old already - just so fast!

Hoppy Easter

We all sure had a great Easter together! We had all the Grandma & Grandpa's over. Austin was in heaven. He is still asking where everyone is & wants them all to come back to play. Every night & every morning he asks where they are & that he misses them. Easter Day definitely made an impact on him. Here we are in our Sunday's best at Church.

Such a Happy Girl for Easter!

After naps we had a big Easter Egg Hunt outside - Stella helped out Austin of course.

Then it was time for bubble fun....Austin thinks it's hilarious if he pops the bubble.

Since it was finally nice out, we had to enjoy the swing set.

Now this one, I feel like you could make so many captions on your own. I had to share it. However, he was helping me make brownies & that's just water in there!

Busy around home

Last weekend thanks to Erik, my Dad, and a little help from Erik's friend Josh, we were able to get up the play set for the kids. It looks great & Austin loves it. He understands that it's Adele's as well - so that's good. There are a couple additional things to add yet, but in time it will get done.

While the boys were working, my Mom was helping me with the kids & I decided to 'do up' Austin's hair - he looked so cute, you can't see it as well in the picture though :(

We thought maybe Adele was ready to eat cereal...not quite yet, but she looked cute trying.

And Adele turned 6 months old this week - it is flying by!!!! Here they are on Adele's cute new quilt from Jan Holte.

Mom & Dad got out for some fun too - Twin's Game. We took Great-Gram with us for her birthday. As you can see it was a little chilly, but fun to get out to the park.
