Jumpin' Bean

Wow, it's hard to get this updated with everything going on! We were so excited when Austin was sleeping through the night (briefly). We had no idea that it would be brief. We're now up 2-3 times with him a night. We believe it's because of teething. No teeth yet, but I feel one coming! CORRECTION: After a few hours after posting this, I saw 2 teeth pop through the gums! My baby has teeth!!!

If you hadn't heard, we sold our house & are moving at the end of August, so we are fairly busy you could say. Teething is adding another level of 'difficulty' too.

Now onto our little cutie pie! Typically most of the pictures are taken on Friday's (when I work from home) or the weekends. Here's one of our photo shoots at home. They were all to cute, I had to post them vs. picking.

A couple weeks ago, we took our 1st trip to the Como Zoo. I think I was the most excited, I'd been waiting to go since I was prego. Austin didn't quite "get it" yet with all the animals. We went to the conservatory there as well...that he really enjoyed. He liked to touch the leaves, his favorite were the ferns. Now I take him around our backyard to touch all the plants & flowers. He loves to tear apart flowers...actually, he just likes to tear/tug things in general, my hair is by far the favorite object!

Exploring with Dad

Here we are checking out the Gerber Daisies, Austin is ready to grab that one!

Austin's just not sure about the giraffe!

Before we went to the zoo that day, we had another photo shoot. Again, too cute to pick. Hope you enjoy.

Cutie Pie

This week we were looking at a Menards ad...for ALL those things we need to get for the new house & Austin was interested. We gave him the paper & he went to town. Now I can't have paper around him unless it can be crushed up & drooled on.

His favorite activity that really tires him out is his Jumper! He's really become a jumpin' bean. Here's a little clip.

I think we're going to set-up the high chair this weekend & try some rice cereal...so we are bound to get some good pictures with this new experience!

He is so dang cute! I love all the pics. He is getting so big, it is amazing how fast they really do grow when they are your own!
